I'm glad that I'm not the only one that has ups and downs.

Another thing I'm learning that now is apparently not "my season" for doing any handwork. I see on so many other blogs people that are knitting or sewing or creating things. I would love to be able to do more, and often express that here, but I think I'm finally realizing that it is o.k. for me to spend my time right now just cooking, cleaning, and teaching and caring for children. Those are the things that I need to concentrate my time on, and that is enough.

There will be another time in my life when there will be less small children in my home and there will be time for more handwork and such. Better to spend time on a few and do it well than spread myself between too many, and do none well.AndieFhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08490178638065617274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5494561082409584421.post-64030932667465072172010-02-11T23:08:24.734-06:002010-02-11T23:08:24.734-06:00great post, I'm new to your blog, and love it....great post, I'm new to your blog, and love it. I feeling the same way, I think I have my ups and downs as far as being on top of things. Sometimes I have it all together, and others, like today, I just feel completely scattered and overwhelmed, and in the process, don't get anything done.Crystal Escobarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15477802676099792677noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5494561082409584421.post-2153695938223413432010-02-09T13:27:08.929-06:002010-02-09T13:27:08.929-06:00I have this same problem -- some people don't ...I have this same problem -- some people don't have a sense of direction, well I don't have a sense of time. It is hard and time keeps on ticking (ticking, ticking...) but I hope that you don't say no to gno!Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14638261544726799069noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5494561082409584421.post-37870474792731710322010-02-08T22:18:34.637-06:002010-02-08T22:18:34.637-06:00I am a big believer in saying "NO". It ...I am a big believer in saying "NO". It is definately better for the family. My kids have something musical (piano) and something sporty and church-similar to you. I also let them join anything at school they want because it is FREE and only goes until 4:15. When you have more than one child it just gets so crazy!Staceyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09943418149425947638noreply@blogger.com
