Daybook - March 2nd

~ Do stop by Peggy's for all the Daybook links this week. ~

Outside My Window ... There are snow flurries, but there is no snow on the ground. It is supposed to get up in the 30s today. I am so, so tired of it being cold.
***
I am thinking ... about March, and the changes I'm going to make to the house - the windows and the learning room. In the learning room, lots of updates - new shape, new number, new letter, new month and some brand new activities. On the dining room windows, I took down the valentines and hearts and put up clovers. The heart garland is still up at the top. It is so sweet. I'm not quite ready to let it go.
***
I am thankful ... cold medication. I was so sick on Friday and Saturday, but I am feeling quite a bit better now after a couple nights with the humidifier running, and medication. And sleep.
***
From the kitchen ... I just fixed myself some cheesy pototoes and blueberry yogurt. It was yummy to me, but writing it down sounds like a dreadful combination.
***
I am wearing ... a t-shirt, sweats, socks, and slippers. I'm all for comfort today.
***
I am creating ... a cleaner home, I hope. Everyone pitched in and did a bunch of cleaning last night, and I'm hoping to finish it up today.
***
I am reading ... The Essential 55 off my bookshelf, and Nature for the Very Young. I picked it up at the library yesterday.
***
I am hoping .... that we will have consistent spring weather (as in for at least 7 days in a row) before April 1st.
***
I am hearing ... the dog running around the house, Flower singing, and a little Vivaldi.
***
Around the house ... I want to finish doing laundry today. It got a little out of control this week.
***
One of my favorite things ... Have I used Hot Chocolate too much? LOL I love reading. I don't do it as often as I'd like or for as long as I'd like, but I do love it.
***
A few plans for this week ... It is kind of a busy week - Girl Scouts and swimming tonight, church activity tomorrow, swimming Wednesday, and 4-H on Thursday.
***
Here is a picture thought I am sharing ...
