Because one of my readers asked nicely LOL

Here is a list of the recipes that I used from the book. I also threw a pot roast in the slow cooker, and made a few other meals with stuff that I had on hand. I also filled in about 8 meals with non-OAMC meals to round out the month.

Do you make them all and freeze them? Even the slow cooked stuff? Do you have a chest freezer? It sounds like such a great idea. I'm going to mull it over.

Yes, I freeze all of them. I put most of them in freezer bags and make them flat as possible, and stack them. I don't have a chest freezer, but it would make doing this easier :) If you use your fridge freezer, it doesn't leave much room for anything else. I also did the lasagna the next weekend because I didn't initially have room for it, but I made the sauce for it when I was doing the initial cooking. It makes it so much easier when you have to go out at night for activities, plus Mr. Simple can handle just throwing something in the oven, so if I'm not available, he can do it, and we will still end up with a good dinner.
