Walking The Days Away
I was recently reading a magazine article that said Learn How To Lose 20 Pounds In A Month. Now, I would argue that for most, if not all people, it isn't healthy to lose 20 pounds in a month, but I still read the article. Basically, it said to eat meals higher in protein, and lower in "bad" carbs, etc, and it said to walk 5-7 days a week for an hour. Not power walk, not a certain distance, but to walk for an hour. I've been thinking about this idea since then. Not the diet portion, I mean, I need to alter my diet, but I'm more of a believer that you should eat from all of the food groups, but eat all things in moderation. And in my case, I really need to watch my portion sizes. So that's what I plan to do with food, but I'm going to try and walk 6 days a week for an hour. For the month of December. I will report back on January 1st to tell you how I did.
